During 7th grade I improved at getting homework done because I had a lot to do. Throughout elementary and high school, I have had to spend 3-4 hours per night doing homework to achieve good grades. I was also required to have hard work ethic during my sophomore year because there were a lot of classes I had to take in order to earn enough high school credits for graduation. The classes I had to take at the same time were Algebra, Biology, and History all at the same time. It was really hard especially when there were two tests on the same day. During Algebra, I had averaged 2 hours per night preparing for weekly tests and completing daily assignments. It takes a lot of hard work to get through school, but it pays off in the end!

My journey through Personal Training has been amazing because I have worked super hard to get where I am at today. The journey all started when we had a training program called XL at our school a few years ago. XL is a program that trains athletes to the be best they can be in their sport. Our school offered this class. My brother Mitchell and I started out in the group class, but then decided to do Personal Training instead so we could work more intensely on our physical goals. It was amazing because we found the right guy to work with us and he has helped me dramatically throughout my life. He has trained me to be responsible for doing my workouts whenever I have the chance. We have done different exercise programs relating to speed, performance, and agility. Whenever we arrive at the facility in Green Bay, we find out which exercise program we will be doing and we dig into them hard each day.
